On November 4, 2019, the 2019 Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Zijinshan Summit, which has attracted the attention of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, was held in Nanjing. Wang Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee attended and delivered speeches, Guo Jinlong, Chairman of the mainland side of the summit, Vincent Siew, chairman of the Taiwan side of the Summit, and Lou Qinjian, Secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress delivered speeches.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Ping, Vice chairman of the mainland side of the summit. Liu Jieyi, Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Zhang Zhijun, President of ARATS, Wu Zhenglong, Governor of Jiangsu Province, Huang Lixin, Chairman of the CPPCC of Jiangsu Province, and Qiu Chengxiong, Vice chairman of the Taiwan side of the summit, attended the meeting. More than 1,300 businessmen from both sides attended the meeting.

Zhou Yongnan, chairman of Jiangyin Tongli Optoelectronic Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongli Technology"), was invited to attend this meeting.
